Always takes care of my car and is a pleasure to deal with. Honest and dependable. So...... I have no clue when I worte this review originally but today is April 24th 2024 and ya know what. Niko still proves to be the man! Honest dependable and such good work!. I can not say enough good things about this place. Love them!

!!! A SOLID FIVE STARS !!! My friends and I were having a short trip in the area on Christmas Day and one of our cars got stuck in the mud and it couldn’t get out after many tries. We called several towing services nearby but there’s no chance that they could do it on Christmas Day until we reached out to Niko!! He was our last straw and we were so happy that he could come out for us to get us out. And let me put this straight - This is a decent business! We worried that the price would be very expensive on a special day since most of the people were enjoying their day off but we overthought it. Niko gave us a fair price and showed up pretty soon after we made the call. I appreciate him and thank him for helping us get out and be home for dinner on the most important day of the year!!

Niko and his family are absolutely fantastic. I got into a small accident on my motorcycle and they stayed late to fix it up on a Friday. They were able to get me back home and cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend if you enjoy working with a family run business that does things the right way by going out of their way to help

On the way to a cabin car started to smoke. Niko was the closest. Once here we were serviced in about 10 minutes. Popped opened my hood and saw I had no coolant. He gave be about half a gallon and noticed my coolant hose was broken. Couldn't be repaired there due to missing parts but we were able to leave our car there till the next day for a tow back to NYC. Didn't charge me anything. Very friendly and honest.

We have a cabin on the top of a mountain 20minutes away from Nikos. I found a nail in the tire once we got to our cabin that was audibly leaking air. I called Niko and was assured they can assist. We drove there safely and received super quick service. They were friendly, honest and trustworthy. Thank you!

Got a flat over the weekend and took it to Niko’s this morning after reading the reviews. I was so happy I did. I’m not from the area originally so I’m not used to the efficiency and speed that I experienced today. I was in and out in 20 mins even with someone ahead of me. They swapped my spare and put it away for me. They even put my trunk organizer back when it was in my back seat. Will be recommending Niko’s to everyone!Service: Tires

On my way home from Buffalo, the heating shield broke off and started to make very loud noise. Being illiterate about car mechanics, I became gravely concerned about my car's safety, especially it was raining at that time, and I still had hundred of miles to go. So I searched on google and decided on visiting Niko's due to the excellent review. After I briefly explained to the tall gentleman in the office( I believed he is the owner), he quickly zoomed into the heating shield being the issue. He came out and looked under my car. In less than a minute, he took out the heating shield and told me issue resolved. I turned on the car, and indeed, the noise was gone. He didn't even want to charge me for his service. Only after I insisted, he just charged me a very nominal fee. He definitely knew that I am car illiterate( just from how I described the problem) and he could have easily made up some stories and charged me a lot more. He did not. His excellent rating and reviews on google are indeed well deserved. So thank you Niko's auto repair. I hope others who might need help with their cars in your area can find you.

I can not express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Niko, who towed and repaired my car during a snowstorm a few months ago. I was stranded on the middle of the road, with no hope in sight, when he arrived and quickly assessed the situation. He was not only able to tow my car to his garage safely, but he also went above and beyond to repair the damages quickly and efficiently.Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier to handle!

Stranded with kids and dogs Saturday evening, getting dark and in the middle of the woods. We had a tricky situation with our car and needed someone who knew what the best approach would be and had the necessary equipment to see it through. Not to mention the willingness and compassion to come 30 mins to answer our SOS.Owner and his family immediately came to our rescue and sorted us out. I’ve rarely come across a business as exceptional as this. It’s run on old-school integrity and serious expertise. Really lucky to have connected with this shop. Outstanding experience.
