They have a tendency to lie in order to get a sale I purchased a phone I found our later from the 611 call that I paid $160 more than the phone was being sold for due to a sale or promotion. I go back 3 days later, and no one knows the gentleman whose code is on my receipt that sold me the phone?? They always have a big employee turnover. No one stays for long. I'd give no stars if I could.

First of all, the cards with the phone prices show a retail price and an upgrade price. I went to UPGRADE my old phone because I had an UPGRADE available, and the guy told me the UPGRADE price was for new customers and quoted me a much higher price. Shouldn't the price posting say "for switching customers" instead of "upgrade?". How incredibly misleading is that? It's BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING. Either that, or I just got ripped off. On top of it, I was provided a charging adapter with no charging cord! What good is an adapter if I DON'T HAVE A CORD TO PLUG IT INTO.

This particular Metro sold me a phone that did not work. When I went to return the phone all of the women were extremely rude and did not want to refund my money. The only woman that tried to really help me was a darker toned woman. I believe she was Dominican. The one that managed the place was an older Spanish woman with glasses had a very nasty attitude and made me go through hoops to get a new phone that I already paid for. Then she put a lock on my phone so I would have to go back to her to do anything with my phone. Just a nasty group of unprofessional women.While I was in the store I noticed other Hispanic men get treated well and with decent service. However when it came to me a man of a darker complexion they sold me a broken phone and gave me and attitude when I tried to return it as if I was wrong. Don't support these people.

Went to this store to purchase a new phone and the service was very awkward. Both the guy and this young girl I’m assuming are siblings had to call their mother for assistance multiple times whispering another language amongst them just to tell me they couldn’t help me. Just super weird I wouldn’t recommend going to this store. Try the one in Hempstead it’s better there,
