I paid over 300$ to fix my brakes for my 2019 Nissan Versa and then two months later , it went out again then they tried to charge me for the job I paid them to fix in the beginning lol, in my opinion, I don’t think they know how to fix cars and it shows over the years I’ve dealing with them, but this is it for me , people work to hard for their vehicles and money to dealing with services like this. So if you have a car, especially a newer one, I suggest you don’t come here because they will make things worse.

Terrible service, they sold me a new tire that was damaged and they didn't want to take care of it 😡 and they changed the version when I was there myself 😡 they said that the one that was damaged was a used one when that is not the case! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

They saw my face for the worst service because I was a woman. They sold me a tire without having to do it. The man told me that it broke and that it couldn't be fixed. They gave me one of the worst quality. I will never return to that tire store. Terrible service for being a woman.
They easily fooled me since I personally don't know anything about that type of work, that's not done but karma exists.

I am not a person to go around writing badly about any place.. But they went too far with me.. about 2 months ago I went to have the tires changed on my car, I took the new one so they could replace it. for the old one I had and they just covered it up and left me with the same old one and kept my new tire.. That's not done, that's theft, they take advantage when they see that you're a woman. That's theft

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! When they put in my new water pump and Timing Belt, they caused damage to my new Motor Mounts. The owner, Javier, even had the nerve to inform me that I would need new ones. I told him I just had them done about a year ago. He just stared at me without responding. He never accepted responsibility for his shops mistake. He did quote me a price though!! What nerve. Do not go here!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Just to check the car was 330 (with taxes) when they never told us about prices. I get my car back there’s candy wrappers on the floor, my things are on the floor when they were never there, small scratches in the interior, my seats were covered with dirt and leaves. For 300 bucks i expect it to be how i gave it in. Deserves 0 stars and i regret not seeing these reviews before going there.

This tire shop is completely unacceptable. My sister went in for a brand new tire because her old tire had a nail in it, within 1 hour of having the new tire on that was purchased from this shop, she was left stranded on the side of the road with a flat. They refused to reimburse her knowing that she just left their shop and they should be ashamed of themselves. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The tire that they advertised definitely look ripped around the rim as if the worker who installed it didn’t know what they were doing. The tow truck driver stated She was definitely taken advantage of because the tire didn’t look new to him,

I wish I could give this review a 0 star. This have to be the most unprofessional tire shop in NY. I came to the shop to get air in my tires. The guy checked the passenger side tire and we both saw that there was a nail in the tire. It was never flat. I bought a brand new tire because he said they didn’t have anymore used tires. When I got to Brooklyn, the brand new tire was flat. Now they’re saying that I have to wait 30 days for the company to inspect the tire, in order for me to get my refund. I would’ve just kept my tire with the nail if I knew this tire shop operate like this. I’ll advise anyone to NOT come here. They need to be SHUTDOWN.
