Always double check your Lottery tickets and ask for a print out of everytime you play and cash-in, if you win ask for a print out. Some of these girls think they are slick.

Poor customer service, unpleasant visit

Never go there! When it first opened it was decent and as time goes on it continues to go down hill. I go every other Saturday and the same slurpee machine doesn't work and every time I tell one of the employees its the same excuse and it still isn't fixed! My daughter went there a while back and the item she bought was stale, so beware when you buy off of there shelves because evidently they don't check their merchandise often. Also, the employees have that I don't care attitude and when I was explaining things he just ignored me and said the manager wasn't there. Lies! The manager was in the back and I saw him talking to the young lady who works there and never came out of the office. So, save your money and go the the new 7-Eleven on Jerusalem Avenue in Uniondale where it is clean, everything works and the employees are pleasant. If you run a business then run it and don't ignore the customers who spend their hard earned money in your establishment. Oh and for the record it's not as clean as people are saying so do yourself a favor and drive down to Uniondale this 7-Eleven is terrible! My rating is a big fat 0! They need new management who is going to hire decent people and care about the cleanliness of the store especially when your paying top dollar for everything. Dana H.
