If I could put no star I would. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Let's begin to speak about how unreliable and unprofessional this guy is (OWNER WILL). ZERO COMMUNICATION AND COMMITMENT. I took my sister's car to this guy after an accident and the car was considered to be totaled. the other parties insurance had to pay for the cost of the car. The insurance had previously sent him an amount for him to FIX the car before it was determined to be totaled and he supposedly had already used the money in just two days to buy the parts for the car; the insurance requested their money back before they could give full price for the car and he kept on telling them he was going to mail them a check he kept with this lie for months since last september 2022 were speaking ALMOST A YEAR of this guy saying "I'll send it in twenty minutes, I'll do it now." I would call him sometimes he wouldn't even answer his phone the insurance company would call him and he would avoid speaking with them. Or he would text me back (RARELY) saying I will do it now. WERE SPEAKING ALMOST A YEAR SINCE HES BEEN TRYING TO "PAY THE INSURANCE BACK FOR THE CAR TO BE PAID IN FULLY." I've never ever dealt with such unreliability from a "body shop." I wouldn't recommend this place at all! I did reach out to him maybe about a month and a half ago and he still was saying "I'll do it now." PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!

Will has to be the quickest best auto body shop I ever been to! He redid my entire front end after my accident in 4 days!!!! and made it look absolutely amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10Services: Painting

The best workshop on Long Island, trained and very friendly workers. Totally recommended. There will never be a shortage of people who spoke negatively but will never say how they helped them. Do not be carried away by bad reviews, visit the workshop directly and you will know for yourself the quality of people they are and the quality of work they do.
