I absolutely LOVE getting my nails done here. I feel like I’ve made friends with all of the employees. We laugh and talk. Ask about family and kids. They know me well and the best part is that they are QUICK! I’m not one to relax and I have a busy schedule so when I walk in, they’re ready for me. The work they do is great. They’re not all fancy with crazy styles of new age nail looks. They are straight forward amazing nail techs that are no fuss. I love that about them!!

They did a touch up on my acrylic nails and they looked horrible. She put too much acrylic on my cuticles and then I just sponged them and then applied the gel. I came back and the man told me it was fine and he looked bad because my fingers are thick. I asked for a file and I removed the excess acrylic myself, then he applied gel to my nails but reluctantly.

Asked for a regular manicure. The manicurist didn't do my cuticles at all. When I asked that she do them, she tried to talk me into a more expensive manicure. Pushing cuticles back and clipping them have always been included in a regular manicure.

I had an excellent experience at VIP Nails! I was able to walk in and be seen immediately. Great and quick service. The pricing is similar with other salons. I'll definitely be going back!

If I could rate lower I would. I called to see if they were busy and they told me to make online appointment even though they claim to take walk ins, I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks and every time I make the appointment they don’t accept it. They finally accepted an appointment two weeks before the appointment then sent me a message two days before my appointment saying it’s canceled. They basically booted me for someone else. I called and they told me to find another nail place they can’t assist me. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.Services: Manicure

most abusing manicure i ever had. it's been 12 days and i still have 2 infections on my fingers from being cut with nail file. and have short natural nails. the gel polish didn't last at all. it chipped and peel off on some of my nails. this place is not clean and i should have walked out soon as she cut my finger with a nail file ! it's still infected and hurts. pass by this place

They are super nice and always remember you. It's so nice that they remember the color you like and what style you like your nails.
