I did their mobile check in yet when I landed in tampa it took me over an hour to get my rental. I come to tampa 5-6 times a year and have never used Thrifty and never had an issue with the other car rentals but this is my 1st and LAST time renting with thrifty.

I forgot my bag in the carI file the claim and do everything but never get in call or message regarding to my bag...poor customer service ?

I would give it zero but it won't let me. They scamed my husband out of $600. Never again. Do not book even with expedia or any other third party. There worthlessness and the people working for them too.
