This store was great with great prices and great service up until Sonny stopped working there. The kid who works the cash register and most nights was nice at first but became extremely rude out of no where, hung up the phone on me multiple times, canceled my order with no notice or reason, has cursed at me on the phone … what kind of customer service is that? And what kind of place lets a kid run the store and behave that way? I’ve worked in customer service / service industry for over 15 years and I have never treated a customer - let alone a loyal customer like that. Don’t worry though, if they’re closed and you’re nice to him and offer him some weed he’ll leave the back door open and still let you shop. Very disappointed in the change of this establishment.

A small neighborhood store. Does not have much other than staples. When I entered I was greeted by a young kid inside a plexiglass booth. I asked for a specific bottle of liquor, the kid in the booth said he never heard of it. I left and got my wanted bottle at another store.

Great shop, Sunny is the best and always so helpful! Every time I place an order, the items I frequently buy for work are always in stock and prepared perfectly for pick up. If I can’t find something they typically stock from time to time, they ordered it for me. Thank you RW&L!

Absolutely loved the customer service. It is my go to place now. I had a last minute get together and I called the store up, they were able to deliver me the bottles with no delivery charge!! I was truly thankful. The best part about this place is you can just download their app and order from there! The app is easy to use and depending on what you buy or the amount of bottles there are discounts available too. Do yourself a favor and check the place out!

Wanted to get a bottle to bring on my way into the city Saturday morning but they have awful hours. Fortunately there is a big store right up the road on Hawkins that WAS open and had even better prices and selection.

Didn't have any of the popular wines I was looking for. The employee was nice and tried to help me pick out replacement wines. I hope my friends like what he picked out. Just didn't like that he tried to sell me the very expensive wine first.
