tubes, this company sent to me, fell apart after filling. I had been buying tubes from them FOR YEARS. this ONE time I had a problem with faulty product, what response they sent? "I don’t see that you received samples for testing prior to purchasing? Based on the pictures, it looks like there is some kind of reaction. I would suggest receiving other samples to test as this might not be the appropriate vial for your ingredients." by Customer Service Manager Jennifer Henrich my product is 100% organic oil made of Almond Oil, Castor oil, Apricot Kern oil, Rosehip oil, jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil, argan oil, vitamin b5, sesame seed oil, biotin... etc. there are no preservatives or chemicals at all. I asked manager a question which exact ingredient is so damaging for plastic tubes? response "I am not sure which would have destroyed the vial, we do not perform testing so it would be the customers responsibility to do so. Which is one reason we love to give samples to customers before they spend money so they can test." so, hopefully you do not run into problem with their products. if you do - this is the customer service you will receive. you will be blamed that your product is not suitable for their containers and even if you ordered for years, you should have ordered samples first. yes, they offered me money back. like it is your fault, but we are nice, here is your money back. can you give money back WITHOUT INSULTING A CUSTOMER? or better, yet, find replacement for a customer? a SUITABLE TUBE, WHICH CAN WITHSTAND NATURAL OILS?
