Unfortunately this business has gone downhill. We worked with them on two separate occasions and were happy with their work. We dropped our sons car to be repaired (minor work). Initially they said the adjuster didn't give us a quote for the extent of the damage. After they spoke with the adjuster they told us to bring the car on a Monday. We didn't hear from the for five days. We called today and they told us they hadn't even looked at the car because they had to call the adjuster (who they already spoke with). So not only were they dishonest about the reason they didn't start working on the car, they didn't even bother to contact us to say there was a delay in getting started. It's unfortunate because they do good work, but they can't seem to be trusted.

I recently got into a car accident and had heard that Pro-cise Auto collision was one of the best on Long Island and now I know why! When I called they had my car towed so quickly and the Owner Jeff and Sal Cusamano were so sweet and Sal even made sure himself to take me And get me into a rental car until my car was fixed! Such a great person to help me all the way threw. I will continue to only go there for any of my car needs I have already started to get my oil changes there! I feel at ease knowing my car is in very talented trustworthy honest great people! Thanks Sal and thanks Jeff!

I've had to bring unfortunately multiple cars to Jeff over the last few years. My Prius due to a front end collision, my Tahoe due to an accident backing out of a driveway and most recently my wife's suburban when she got a little to close to a telephone pole. 😬 Every time the car/truck came back in better condition then when it arrived at his shop. Thanks Jeff for the good work and I will continue to refer you for a long time. Mike Tesoriero.
