Thought I'd leave a recent review since things are quite different and a lot has changed since the good reviews from long months or over a year ago with this pharmacy.This place used to be amazing. They had an amazing pharmacist who literally multitasked like no ones business and the same day delivery to boot. Then out of the blue the pharmacist Christine is no longer working here. Nothing on the website to let there customers know of any changes going on. Why they would ever let someone like her go I'll never understand. The gentleman that replaced her was thrown in sink or swim which makes me believe the old pharmacist leaving wasn't planned. If it was shame on the owners and managers for not having things better handled. The new pharmacist although lacking the natural and easy going customer service abilitues of the old pharmacist definitely tries his best and is a really nice man. Unfortunately he lacks the finesse it would take to handle all that's been thrown on him. Drastic business hours cut (from normal business hours to 11am-2:30pm), dropping the highly appreciated and for some necessary delivery all together, cutting supply and availability of common pet meds *read below for explanation, all while bring in a new pharmacist without properly training him to handle all these changes? Who wouldn't struggle? Even having the poor man take calls while off the clock only to be unable to do anything with out a computer or way to take orders and handle any issues customers would call for in the first place.*After learning I would need to find a way to pick up my dogs meds since delivery would not be offered anymore I was informed my dogs common medicines (one being Galliprant) weren't going to be available anymore, however the one drug my dog takes that is also a human drug would still be available. I thought this was a pet pharmacy? Unfortunately I had no other choice but to have to find a new pharmacy with very short time till we ran out of her medicines since I had been counting on Pet Drug Store to supply them as usual. With no delivery or common supplies in stock anymore they left me and I'm sure many people in a pinch. The pharmacist however did inform me they are going to try and get things together by January. Supposedly changing and restructuring things. At that point though why would I bother? They have this innocent pharmacist apologizeing for things he had no control over while they do nothing to help calm or take care of the customers they have inconvenienced and let down.If this is how they unapologetically handle things, I could never trust them again.

I was really Shocked , I heard their Radio Spot & took a chance , I'm a 1st time user & had Ordered online 4 Perscriptions for my Dog Louie after 7p.m. when they were Closed . To my Amazement i got them Delivered to me by 3p.m. the next Day & i live out in the Moriches . I am Blown away with these Folks & i saved about $30 on all 4 Meds . GREAT JOB PET DRUG STORE !!! Also Great Communication as they keep you a wear of the Order Status via E-mail .... What more can you Ask ? You a Customer for as long as Louie is still with us . Thank You & will call next month.

Fantastic is an understatement! Was the same price as Chewy which was $38 less then my vet was charging for the same medication! and the service was super fast and beyond courteous! I will only go here! So glad i found you guys.

I want to thank the team at Pet Drug Store and the pharmacist for their help! They were easy to speak with and delivered my pet medication the same day. My prescription was half the price ($35. instead of $66. at my Vet!) and the pharmacist double-checked the RX and corrected the dosage for my cat! Thanks to the pharmacist at Pet Drug Store!! I strongly recommend Pet Drug Store….. just the best!

We need meds for our pups hot spot, we stopped by, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, filled the script in minutes and was almost half the price of the vet. They told me they could even deliver the same day. Going forward, we will be using Pet Drug Store for all of our pet pharmacy needs. Thank you guys!!!!

My cat’s insulin is hard to find and very expensive. They had it $40 cheaper than I could find on line plus I got it within minutes at the store. No worries about shipping anymore. Friendly, warm atmosphere.
