i give it zero stars this place is so horrible every week i complain cause the treatment was horrendous the staff wasnt flexible and wouldnt fix things when needed so now im in another agency instead of this dump

Options for Community Living, Inc. provides housing, support services, and care coordination for people recovering from mental illness, those living with HIV/AIDS, and/or other chronic health conditions. Many of the people we serve were formerly homeless. Options is a private not-for-profit agency, operating on Long Island since 1982. Our goal is to help each program participant and family find stability, improved health, and the tools to build productive self-sufficient lives as community members.
