I had the worse experience ever! Lee did my nails not only was she rough but she cut the side of my skin with scissors when shaping my nails she was rushing like she was late for something. She did not know how to do uv gel build at all she caked it on so much that when she was done filing and shaving the nails she looked like a snow man! So much product wasted. She didn’t listen when I said long she kept trying to cut them shorter I had to repeat my self 4 times. My nails are clumpy, and have air bubbles in them. I will never go there again! Nail trauma is a real problem thing. Getting nails done are
Supposed to be relaxing not a rough trauma experience. 70 bucks for them. Great
Price but not a good experience I’d stay away from Lee .

Went here to get a pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure was great until it was time to get my nails done. I've been growing out my nails for 2 weeks to have them look good for when i get them done, I tell the women doing them that I am trying to grow them out and to please not take off the length but she can shape them and make them look clean. She started filing my nails and after she put the gel polish on I put my hand in front of the fan and took a look at my nails. My jaw dropped, my nails were gone. So short and crooked I almost started crying in the salon.I calm myself down and say to myself to trust the process and maybe in the end it won't look that bad. When she's done putting on the rest of the gel she started filing more to the point where I felt her filing the skin of my nail, it was that short. I was going to say something but I thought she's probably just fixing how crooked it is. When she was done with my nails she basically threw my hands and said "Done. go pay" as i'm washing my hands my fingers are literally burning they were so short. I would've said something to her but what was there to do when she ruined all my hard work of growing my nails out for the last 2 weeks. I got in my car and was crying so bad because how can someone think this is good work? I got home and my boyfriend was telling me he's going to go down there and demand a refund because they were so bad and not what i asked for. Unfortunately I was their last client and they closed at 8 and I work a full time job and didn't have time to go back. My mom said she would go tomorrow and show them the pictures and tell them the issue. The next day she goes in there and explains to the women behind the desk how unhappy I am with my nails while showing her the pictures I took, and apparently the women who did them ran over to them and started telling her how my nails were never long and how she tried to convince me to get tips because of how short they were. 1. The women never said that 2. I said to the nail lady that I am growing them out and don't want length taken off. My mom explains that I am very unhappy and in a lot of pain due to her over filing them. The lady behind the desk says that the next day after getting nails done that it is suppose to hurt? and adds that one time she got her nails done and they hurt so bad the next day she ended up with a fever and that the pain should be gone by tomorrow. That is not normal. While my moms asking for a refund the women says how they're going to end up growing long and healthier because of the dip gel I got. That's not the point, I asked her to not shorten them and that's what she did. If i wanted to ruin my nails i would've gotten acrylics. The lady that did my nails continued to chime in and says that she has me on camera with my nail length and asked if we wanted to see the camera footage and my mom said twice that she wants to see the footage to show that they were never short. The women looked shocked and the women behind the counter shooed her away and was just saying how they'll grow to a good length strong and healthy and offered a $10 gift card. $10 is nothing there when they charge $20 to even just take off the color on your nails. I am very unsatisfied and will not be returning.

This place is crooks. Constantly raising their prices. Prices does not equal their services. Will no longer be going here after being a loyal customer for 7 years. Even after they cut me they charged me $10 more. So much for customer always being right. So disappointed. Not even happy with the paint job. They also charge to remove the color that they previously put on before so they can put a new color on. What a scam!! DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE!! Was trying to do something special for My Birthday and the lady swore she used individual lashes. Individual means 1 single lash, not 1 lash connected to 5 more. Left there crying and not even 1 week later had to go back and ask them to remove them. They are only trained for nails.. do not let them touch your eyelashes or eyebrows, you've been warned!!

i’ve been going to this salon for years as well as my family members. I had just got a fill in 2 days ago and came in today to take the color off and switch to just clear coat due to work restrictions. I had paid $50 with tip on monday. She did the job today and then after the fact wanted to charge me $20 to take the color off and switch to clear. She didn’t even do a good job i had to come home and file them myself.. Absolutely ridiculous and never going back to this salon again.

Caution when buying a gift card as they do not have a grace period for expired gift cards. I tried to use my $40 gift card here but because it was 10 days past the expiration they declined. After two phone calls and speaking in person, they honored $20 of the $40. That's business folks! Also know that they do not accept any balance on the gift card as a tip. Also, a customer with an appointment was seated for a pedi but had to speak up about having someone finally start on her, after waiting well past her booked time. Smh.
