Great box, fully equipped for any crossfit workout. Was in town for a night and dropped in for a class, found a challenging wod. Coach Anthony was very helpful. Definitely worth it

This is an incredible gym to get in shape to stay in shape. The owners and staff are incredibly dedicated to helping you and the community that comes with this gym is second to none.

Amazing community, staff and programing. I've been going for almost 2 years and the gym is always looking for ways to bring value and enhance everyones experience from beginner to elite. I'd recommend you try a class and see for yourself!
