I walked in to make appointment as a first time customer. place inside was old and outdated. there was dried up blood on the floor and counter space!! The short stout girl behind the front desk area was unable to answer simple questions that I had asked and responded to most of my questions by giggling. Extremely unprofessional atmosphere , inexperienced and immature staff. Will not be bringing my dogs here.

Short overweight girl at front desk was rude. The blonde dr wasn't aware we were in waiting area and was bad mouthing the staff and customers to a man who appeared to be the manager. They both used cruel derogatory disgraceful words about these people. Place seems like a sh*t show. Will not be using this circus for my vet.

Our family dog just had his cleaning. He did amazing. Dr. Howe, Dr. Boutges (the dentist) and all the support staff treat our family with kindness and respect. I love the photo updates! Truly the best and would never go anywhere else. <3

Michael the owner/manager is rude, cruel and inconsiderate. Money hungry vet who does not care about their patients. Will never return, don’t go here they just want to kill your dog and charge you for it!

I love this vet. We've been to 2 other well known vets and just had not a good experience. We came here to Dr. Howe because they allowed us to be able to come into the exam room with our sick cat, Sweet Pea. Everyone working here is friendly and empathetic. They were so gentle and caring. We love Dr. Howe, she got to the root of the issue, gave good advice and provided the correct medications Sweet Pea needed to make her healthy. We now bring all our furbabies here.
