Least professional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Dumbfounded by the inability to deliver a package and bonus points for employing the rudest woman alive to answer the phone.

Terrible company. DO NOT USE. I paid for a ID checked Adult sign delivery and they lied and said that I signed for the package at 6:39AM. Who the hell delivers at 6:39AM?!? Called customer service and got the runaround saying the drivers not answering his phone or must be in a "dead zone". There are no dead zones anymore, there are cell towers everywhere where I live. Called back an hour later AFTER she said she would call me back (never did) only to get the same story. She asked me to check the bushes for the package too. Why would it be in the bushes if it's an adult signature ID check delivery?!? The driver most likely saw it was a valuable item and kept it for himself and was a complete unprofessional idiot and left at the wrong address. I NEVER got anything. This company is a clown show and delivery drivers are the bozo's. I REPEAT don't use this company. Rant over

I ordered wheels and tires weighing 380lbs which were shipped by XPO logistics and transferred to Gio Express for home delivery. I called to schedule a delivery and they picked up the phone very quick. The woman who answered (Naomie) was very helpful and communicated with the xpo warehouse to locate the package for delivery within minutes and offered me delivery on the same day or at my best convenience! The driver was great as well and arrived within the time frame they originally quoted me + put the package exactly where I wanted. Highly recommend for oversized packages and would use Gio again.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Driver ignored delivery instructions, was rude and combative on phone then lied to his office. Mike the manager dismissed complaints about the driver. Do Not Use this company. Be forewarned they are sub contracted for deliveries from XPO who deliver for tractor supply.

Called Gio Express 3 times as the shipment has still not been delivered (26 days in transit?!?!). The first story I received was that it fell off their pallet and was damaged but would be delivered 9/4. Never happened. When I called back last week, they told me it would be in NJ by Monday, 9/13. Never happened. Today I spoke with Gene who claimed the company (Spa Girls Cocktails), never released the shipment which is a blatant lie as it says it was picked up on 8/23. I asked to speak with a Manager and received Suzanne who is both intellectually deficient and extremely rude (on a recorded line no less- d*** move but par for the course with this woman). Sent recording to consumer affairs and Spa Girl Cocktails as I assume they pay a pretty penny contractually for their shipping.

Issues 2x in same week.. drivers are incapable of reading delivery notes and instructions provided on delivery tickets.
