**STAY AWAY** Horrible, rude, nasty, doesn’t deliver on time. I placed an online order for next day flower delivery for a family member who had surgery. I got a confirmation email with a confirmed delivery date (not to mention a $10.00 delivery fee to deliver in the same town). I called at 6:00 PM the day it was supposed to be delivered to confirm it got delivered. The nasty man who answered the phone said I’m going to be honest, I just got to the shop today, it was not delivered, and it won’t be delivered today. He told me he can refund me or deliver it the next day. When I expressed my displeasure with why I was not notified there would be a delay in delivery and why I received an email confirming it would be delivered on a specific day if it wouldn’t be, he proceeded to hang up on me. I tried calling back to ask when I can expect my refund to which he answered, wouldn’t let me get a word in, yelled that he already said he would refund me and hung up on me again before I could say anything. I tried calling back again to which he answered the phone and hung up right away. I try to give my business to small local businesses instead of large companies like 1-800-flowers but its companies and staff like this that make it easy for these large companies to take over. Next time.. do yourself a favor and just order from 1-800-flowers. They at least get it there when promised and won’t be nasty to their paying customers when THEY do something wrong.

Amazing florist! Flower Barn did a phenomenal job with the arrangement. My expectations were completely surpassed and you can see the care and pride they took in putting together the flowers I ordered. Dale even gave me time to think about what I wanted on the card and let me text him at my convenience when I was able to get my thoughts together. I highly recommend Flower Barn for all your florist needs. You will not be disappointed.

I would’ve really of loved to love the bouquet ordered for Mother’s Day. The owner seems like a hard worker but unfortunately, the bouquet he made for Mother’s Day were horrific.. when I got home and opened the covering bag was filld with water and the flowers we so bad and not what I asked for. It’s was my first Mother’s Day and I bought two bouquets for my mother and mother in law it caused me so much stress. I did get my money back but for me, a florist should spend the time to really know what you are looking for and if they can’t do it they should be honest. Flowers are always given as apart of a celebration or a thoughtful gift. I had to rush and buy something else and I was rushing all over. Very stressful experience.

Once again, I received a gorgeous floral arrangement designed by Dale. My son had picked something up for me for my birthday and ever since I got my first arrangement from him years ago it's my go to florist- very creative and beautiful arrangements. Highly recommend.!

I believe it was the owner we were speaking with. Stopped by on a rainy day to check out the beautiful metal sculptures. They were fabulous. Well be back on a nice day to look though again! He was so friendly and accommodating.

Every August and every Christmas I send my Godmother (who lives in Lake Ronlonkoma) a flower arrangement from Flower Barn. And she always calls to tell me how beautiful, colorful and creative they are. I highly recommend giving this florist a try.

I recently had an experience with Flower Barn Florist that left me feeling quite disappointed and even a bit scammed. I had high hopes when I ordered flowers from them, expecting a beautiful and thoughtfully arranged bouquet. However, upon receiving the flowers, I was shocked to find that they did not live up to the $100 price tag. The quality and presentation of the flowers were far below what I anticipated, leaving me with the impression that I could have easily obtained a similar arrangement from a local grocery store at a fraction of the cost.As someone who appreciates the beauty and artistry of floral arrangements, The overall value for the money spent simply did not match up. It's truly disappointing when a business fails to meet expectations, especially when you have invested your hard-earned money into a product or service.I believe it's important to provide honest feedback in order to hold businesses accountable and help others make informed decisions. While I understand that variations in floral arrangements can occur, I was genuinely let down by the quality and overall value of the flowers I received from Flower Barn Florist. I hope that my feedback will contribute to their awareness and improvement in the future.In the end, I believe it's essential for businesses to uphold their reputation and deliver on the promises they make. Unfortunately, my experience with Flower Barn Florist fell short, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my purchase.
