This place is an absolute joke. We purchased a final drive from them and it failed right away. They sent out a replacement and it failed as well. We returned both finals and was told a refund was coming. I have called more than 20 times and left more that 10 voicemails. Please dont ever do any business with Chris Long. Unfortunately, the attorneys have to get involved now.

We purchased a final drive for $14,500.00 and the agreement was that when we returned the core, Empire Tractor Parts would refund us $3,500.00. They have not refunded our business and won't respond to calls or emails.UPDATE: This is now resolved, but we had to hire an attorney.

These people are thieves! I placed an order for an H-Link and did not need it after all and he would not refund my money! 3050.00 part that they will not refund and never shipped. Every time I call they just avoid my calls and cannot get any response. Stay away from this vendor.

I personally shipped many items for Empire Tractor Parts. I truly thought they were great guys until they didn't pay for the last shipment. This came out of my pocket! $1,850. Steve, Anthony or Chris Long refuse to answer emails, calls or texts. Anthony was the nicest and did help me get payments when I asked. But now it's been a year with no answer. It's just awful they have done this to so many people!

I wouldn't purchase from this company nor reccomend to anybody else. Their Salesman Chris Long is horrible at responding to Calls or E-Mails and won't refund $30,000 in parts "they" ordered incorrectly. We ordered uncarriage items from Empire Tractor Parts thinking thye had them in stock and they ordered some of the components directly from the maufacturer who has a no return policy. Unfortunately, Empire ordered the wrong items and had them shipped directly to us and called it our error. They refused to correct their mistake, therfor we had to order the correct parts elsewhere. Again, this was a $30,000 mistake on their end that we paid in advance for!!!
