I was notified the day before my install (which was scheduled for weeks) that only half of the items were available for the install but the rest would be installed the following week. Not only was it not installed but my designer completely disappeared on me and stopped responding to texts and emails after promising me that she would stay close to the project and make sure the remainder of the install took place without any problems. Shocking to be treated this way during a $24K project.

California Closets has a 10% fee if you reschedule an installation. However in the design process, they went weeks without answering calls and sent about incorrect installation design without penalty.

Amazing job by the closet professionals both men were fast, clean, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a walk-in closet.

All the workers work polite, professional, and punctual. We have an old house with a lot to work around, and they created an office design that maximized our space. It was installed yesterday, and it looks great.

We had two companies to come and bid on our closets. We had recently moved into a new house and needed closet organizers for 6 closets. We decided to go with California Closets as my mother had closets done with this company 20+ years ago and never had an issue. They were not the cheapest quote, but I like to say you get what you pay for. The installers were on time, clean and quiet. Our closets were completed within a few hours with little to no disruption. They cleaned the closet shelves once complete and also vacuumed up any of the dust from hanging the closets. I could not be happier with the customer service I was provided by both sales and installation staff.

My wife and I had a great overall experience with California Closets. Our designer came to our home at our convenience and designed a wardrobe system for us in our master bedroom. We were not sure of the finishes so she came back one more time to hep us make our decision. The install was scheduled soon after. The installer was very courteous and respectful to me and my home. Nothing was cut inside my home. Heavy moving blankets were put on my floor where the gentleman was working so that the floor would not be scratched. The install took much longer then I expected though. He worked alone. California Closets was very professional throughout the whole process and met our needs. They also provided us with 6-months of 0% financing.

I used California Closets in my master bedroom. My main goal was to organize and make an unused space efficient. Well, the result was a new beautiful space and I was able to get rid of 2 huge ugly dressers in my bedroom. I worked withTheresa Caccavale and highly recommend her. Pleasant to work with, professional and talented.
