I wish to commend one of the workers at the Allstate office...by the name of Jessica Birsner. She helped me sort out my confusion with my new insurance. I was very confused by the Docusign paperwork. I got "stacked", uninsured, underinsured and "tort" all jumbled in my head. She very patiently helped me verbalize what it was that I wanted, and helped me get the paperwork done properly. She has the patience of a saint. Very polite and respectful and helpful! Give that girl a raise!!
