Don’t believe just me but look to all who enter.Many times they have gone over my expectations when I seek help and advice.Although I truly miss Elaine who is now enjoying retirement, the new branch manager Samantha has stepped up with sterling personalized service, advice and has offered me solutions with many aspects of financial stability.My main complaint of PAFCU is that there is no Fiduciary Financial Planner for members to plan their future as well as members, like myself, who deal with life after leaving the workforce.”

The staff at Ronkonkoma is so courteous, friendly, and professional. It is such a pleasure to know all the staff and the staff treats their customers like family. The bank is clean and spacious and Georgette, Kristen, and Kelly always take the time to chat. Anthony, Kim, and Debbie are excellent bank tellers. The staff was so kind to my senior service dog Dyson. He loved going to the bank with me. Apple Bank will always be the only bank for me. It is such a pleasure to be treated with respect. “Well there I was at a Dunkin Donuts in a town i never been to ordering a breakfast sandwich and my second cup of coffee for the day. Then it came to pay, and Voila!, no money in my pocket. Lucky for me there was Chase Bank across the street which I have an account with. Although not my branch, withdrawal from ATM was not an issue. All good.”
