I was very confused by the Docusign paperwork. I got "stacked", uninsured, underinsured and "tort" all jumbled in my head. She very patiently helped me verbalize what it was that I wanted, and helped me get the paperwork done properly. She has the patience of a saint. Very polite and respectful and helpful!
