Had a terrible customer service experience here. Not only will they not provide addresses or pictures of jobs they have supplied due to “privacy” (how can anyone be expected to make a decision as big as picking siding for a home based on a tiny color swatch or picture on a website?) but I was actually met with a raised voice and completely condescending attitude for even asking. Totally rude and unprofessional for what was, up until that point, a pleasant exchange.
Attitude aside, this is the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard of. This is a building material, not a medical record. It’s not that serious. People can have no expectation of privacy for the exterior color of their home, visible for all passerby to see. Will be shopping elsewhere - somewhere that is courteous with customers and can actually vouch for their product.

The customer service in this Alside location is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me, even though I had a small order. Efficient, knowledgeable, and very nice to customers.

Today at 9:27 AMI needed some supplies yesterday for my customer/job and went to their Ronkonkoma office. After waiting I was told my account was "locked" and had to call their corporate office. I immediately hung up and went to Allied. I had been dealing with this company for close to 30 years, hadn't purchased in a few years because of a previous poor customer service experience but I said I'll give them another shot. They have been behaving in a similar manner for decades now. TOTAL JOKE, stay away as there are far friendlier suppliers that care about a customer and a sale. Interesting that they deleted their review page
