Car got towed here because it was dead on road for 24+ he no problem not there fault....but the guy was extremely impolite and rude upon showing up to get it, he was nice to the sheriff on the phone but for whatever reason was very rude to me, I had no problem paying for it cause I understand they got to get paid but outrageously expensive for 10 mile tow.

Just got a 11 Ford Escape from them they were good about all my questions and short time to get it on the road. Guys there are very helpful. Will buy again from them when I need another SUV.

I'm visiting from out of state and I locked my keys in my car because my door latch froze. Well I called five other places and they told me to call C&C. He said 20 min for arrival. (to me that's amazing service time as I was in the towing industry for 10 years)He was en route when the door latch unfroze and I was able to open the door. Exceptional customer service! This is a dying bread at least by where I live. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that's in this area visiting Lodi.!!! 10 stars if it was possible!

Buddies truck broke down 1/26/22 on the way back from getting parts for my vehicle a hour and half away from my house. Broke down on 441 right outside of romulus. They’re tow guy stopped and was very nice and gave us a free tow off the road. Would highly recommend them. 100% Wish I had money to tip him.

They have only one great mechanic, and if the other mechanic works on your vehicle, he screws it up so there good mechanic has to redo it. If there one good mechanic has that day off then your vehicle is just sitting there until the good mechanic comes in. They only have 2 mechanics.

We take our car here for most things. It can be for something as simple as an inspection or oil change. Or it can be for something big. They are always kind and courteous. They are knowledgeable and are willing to explain things.
