The store opens at 8:00am, why was the store not open by 8:20am when i left?? I went up to the doors at 8:02 and they were closed. Went up at 8:15 waited till 8:20 and the doors still wernt open. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot, I went back to my car, saw one of the cars leave. I ended up leaving aswell and going to Walmart. If a store cant even open on time, it says a lot about the company and employees.

Went as I always do my photo printing from there. There about the last of the places you can get photos printed. They do a really good job and they have so many options for items with your photo added to it. You can order through their app,or at the store with their kiosk machine.

I’m a prescribing physician, on hold for hours waiting to speak to pharmacist. Was even told to call back after their 30 minute lunch break from 1:30-2:30pm. Seek care elsewhere.

Don't know how there are so many negative comments. Have been a customer for years. The technicians are always friendly, helpful and as fast as any other place I have been to. They have always had my medicines in stock or got them quickly. I get all my shots there. I give them praise for dealing with impatient and angry customers. professionally

It’s about 1:15- 1:20 pm and I asked the pharmacy technician where a certain OTC medicine is. She tells me it’s in the next isles. Then I asked about a prescription that was sent over recently and she asked my name. The pharmacist was working on it now. So I go to the isle (one isle over) and am having trouble finding it. It was in a security case at the bottom and found it finally. As I approach the end of the isle heading to the pharmacy window I hear clanking. They closed for lunch! The technician didn’t go above and beyond to help me by showing me where the OTC meds were. Not only that, but failed in her service to inform a paying customer who is the only one in the store waiting! That is the rudest thing not to clue in a customer that we are about to close in a few minutes and your prescription won’t be ready for a half hour! The only good thing was the cashier at the front apologized several times for the technician’s lack of courtesy!

I brought my 18 year old daughter (19 this month) for a covid test because she felt like her congested head would inhibit her driving. Nowhere on her information (emailed) to her did it say she needed a parent/guardian, yet the young lady in the pharmacy indicated she needed MY license, for that reason.My daughter even checked her appointment details and it said "by clicking (whatever) you agree that you are over 18 years of age ......"Maybe she isn't OVER 18???If that's the case, the appointment should, in very large print, state that she needed a parent/guardian. The girl in the pharmacy indicated she turns away MANY people that don't know this.So, Walgreen's, please check into this to see if staff is wrong, or if appointment information need to be updated.

Do not use this place for Fedex drop off. One inept employee was the only one working in the entire store. Dropped off very important overnight water samples for a dialysis clinic. Waited in line for 15 minutes, and then my package never shows up. Forced to redo hours of work due to the garbage that is this store. Also, watched 3 guys steal a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff while I was there. No employees there to actually pay attention or care though.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional. Instead of explaining to my daughter that our insurance did not cover her prescription. They yelled at her made her cry. Telling her to pay out of pocket. This was her first time going to the doctor as an adult, an on her own. I just had her doctor send it to rite aid. They took care of it. Never again Walgreens!

Very friendly and helpful sales associates.I couldn't find a specific item,the sales associate also looked,couldn't find it in house. He then called another store,it was in stock. Rome store offered to have New Hartford store ship it. I was very impressed as to how I was treated. The sales associate went above and beyond to help me! I drove to New Hartford store and it was already at tge register. Thanks Walgreens!

Pharmacy is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Said doctors office didn't call when they did several times. Gave us attitude/was rude when we trying to figure out the situation. Do not recommend coming here under any circumstances.
