Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. 8 hours to fill a blister pack script they don’t even have to count, and after I called at hour 5 to ask status and ask it be expedited for medical reasons still wasn’t ready until I asked to talk to the store manager then magically it was ready, yet still received no call it was ready. The excuse was “covid”

Every staff person I have spoken to was very pleasant, very nice and friendly, very respectful. I really liked them! However - I cannot imagine how this place could get 5 stars and I think it could only be friends of the staff. The incompetence of this organization is astounding. Every single purchase, prescription, order, or search for something went wrong in ways that it never occurred to me things could go wrong. I am moving my business elsewhere - three times is enough! Too bad - like I said, they are very nice! But that is not enough.

I wanted to Walgreens on James Street and there was a note on the door stating that they were temporary closed there were just open this morning nobody has no clue what happened but they should of called everyone's that has medication on James Street and tell them to go to Black River boulevard I don't don't understand what happens.I called the store to find out how do I get my medication and nobody seemed to answer the phone. so I called the one on black boulevard to find out what I can do to get my medication so I called the next location to find out what I can do.

I like shopping walgreens and saving with my card helps alot and not so hard to find things or drop off film and pick up photos for a good price. Customer service is mostly good.
