I would very much like to acknowledge and thank the Service Department at Victory CDJR Rome NY for an excellent experience!!!
After an 11 month ordeal of NON-SERVICE at Utica CDJR, Commercial Dr., Yorkville, NY, Anthony and his SERVICE Team at Victory CDJR Rome scheduled my appointment for two and a half weeks in advance, and solved the problem within 24 hours of having my vehicle, having provided me a loaner to use! They were very PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, and PUNCTUAL!!!
I will be puchasing and servicing my future two vehicles at Victory CDJR of Rome, NY. Thank you Anthony and Team!!!?

I did not buy my car at Victory CDJR.
I originally had my vehicle at CDJR of Utica (old Carbone) for diagnosis on a no-start concern, the vehicle was brought in in October of 2023, they had diagnosed an issue with the TIPM unit and had estimated a $1,665.78 dollar repair for the vehicle just to get it running. I had approved the cost and the repair, the replacement TIPM did not work as of a week later of the part arriving at CDJR of Utica, I kept pestering them for a rediagnosis as I simply wanted the vehicle to start at whatever cost.
As a note, this vehicle is not my primary vehicle and by no means I was not in a complete rush to get it back, but as most customer's would agree, I appreciate a consistent effort no matter the pace the shop can allow.
CDJR of Utica gave me no more results or even suggestions on how to remedy this problem after a month and a half beyond the TIPM being installed, I was frustrated as the car had not moved on the lot the entire time.
On Dec 17, 2023, I paid my bill at CDJR of Utica and had the vehicle towed to Victory CDJR at the consent of advisor Anthony, he had informed me that appointments came first and it might be a few weeks until it could be seen, for which I agreed because at least I had assumed that it was going to be put in queue. And I towed the vehicle there the same day out of my own pocket of course.
A couple weeks to a month later, I did get a call from another advisor which I forgot the name of, saying that they had diagnosed the issue coming from the BCM module of the vehicle, the repair would cost $739.50 plus the $799.95 of diagnose charge I had already approved. I did say, let me assess my finances and the situation and I would call them back, about a week later, I had found the funds and deemed them worthy and called later to approve the work.
Let me be clear, price does not deter me in this scenario, I understand the depth of work required and the skill it takes to work on these CDJR products, so the accumulated $3,169.45 I would've spent on this vehicle was a pill to swallow for an eventual end that was fixing the vehicle.
The advisor acknowledged that the work was approved and informed me that the part was two days away, yay! No yay, when I had called back in February at the latest (do not know exact time frame) to approve the work, that was the last contact I had with the dealership personnel.
Months have gone by since this point, I do take the time to drive by the lot late at night and see my vehicle. The month after I had approved the work, I noticed a flat tire on the car, I was waiting for the call saying they needed to repair the tire to complete the repairs. That call never came, my vehicle has not moved since it was initially pulled into the service department for diagnosis.
It has now been 6 months since any contact has happened about my APPROVED 2000 dollars of repair, and I am beyond disappointed in the staff at Victory CDJR.
I gave every benefit of the doubt and by no means am I pushy customer as I have worked in their line of work before and I understand the pressure that goes on. I am disappointed in their efforts to do better and even in the most accommodating sense of being a customer, the service department has failed to deliver any sense, even for the means of allowing themselves profitable repairs.
Have an issue with a CDJR product? Solution, buy a Toyota.

I came here looking for a new car. Was very happy with the variety of new and used vehicles to choose from. Just from what I saw everything was very neat and clean. I was completely satisfied with how smoothy the process went with the help of the finance manager, Erica Brown. Couldn't be happier with my new car. Will be bringing it back for maintenance to their state of art service center. Thank you to everyone at Victory that helped me today!

I had my fuel filters changed on my 2500. They got me in on a busy day for them, even though I had called the week prior to get an appointment and was advise no appointment was needed. They had aftermarket filters as a cheaper option to MOPAR, one of them that THEY sold was so wrong, it wouldn't even fit. They put the OEM one in it and still charged me the same quoted price. The only thing I will say that they should advise on if you call them, is that they charge a 3% surcharge to ANY card.

I purchased a car in January and am back in March for another. My sales person is Dave, and he is the absolute best. He wasn’t pushy at all. He went above and beyond and kept me informed. He was also, extremely honest.
As long as Dave Marasco works at Victory I will be coming back and back again.
