I had to redo my review from several years ago when I had a bad experience. I was there February 2024 and Dakota and Corey were fabulous. They were so knowledgeable and professional and personable. I can't say enough about those two men.

I was in and out in 5 minutes. They don’t pressure you with upsales. Listened to what I wanted, r recommended a better device at a cheaper price. Deni was great. Highly recommend!

Amazing service … Cory Robbins was GREAT at the Rome NY location. My daughters and I went in to discuss upgrade options. We were quickly greeted by Cory and he was able to answer all of our questions. Setting up the new phones and transferring our data was seamless. He has a great personality and makes experience enjoyable. You can see that he is a leader, that he takes pride in his work and he offers assistance to everyone that he works with. Cory deserves recognition for being a valuable asset to Verizon and I’m glad he is in Rome! Keep up the good work!

I had a issue with my phone, and Verizon's online chat assistance was not only unhelpful, but also incredibly rude. The employees here at this location were so sweet and helpful, and explained to me what was going on with my phone (which ended up being a really common issue with an recent update). They were patient, knowledgeable, and super kind.

So I've just been back to this store and honestly don't know why I rated it so low before ( I think I was annoyed by the wait time - not fair) Scott has helped us 2x in the last year and he's been exceptional both times. This last visit was a doozy and we had all sorts of stuff we needed done on our acct. I wish they had a bigger phone selection - I didn't wanna wait for a phone to be ordered, that's why I come to the store, but overall these guys are great.
