Highly recommend buying a vechial from. The staff is great and they truly make sure you get taken care of. If I ever buy another vechial it will be at upstate auto gallery.

My 18 year old son worked for two summers so he could buy his first car. We found a 2010 Cadillac DTS with Upstate Auto Gallery. We paid $6450 for the car . It had 192743 miles on it . The car looked great and actually ran good on the test drive. Parked in my garage first day, only to find that it was leaking oil. Brought it back to Scott and he determined it needed valve covers which he and I split the cost. After that was done I again parked it in the garage only to find out that it is still leaking oil . Brought it to another mechanic and they told me the engine is “ shot “. Since the car looked and drove so nice we decided to put a new engine in it with a warranty and we had only driven it 1562 miles . Engine cost me over $5000.
380 miles later I paid $222.72 to have EVAPS fixed because the car will not pass inspection with check engine light on. 3547 miles later I paid $701.44 to have the fuel leak fixed . Then it was a wheel bearing $283.11, then it was brake hoses $312.23, then it was alternator $767, then it was a coolant problem $ $582.12 . You are getting the idea . I spent $6800 on the car and put another $8150 into it for a grand total $14950. This car was a total waste of money . It never should have been on the lot for sale . Scott made it clear that it’s not his problem . The only way I could communicate with them is to drive to their place of business and catch them in person because no one would return our calls .
In the end after only 6900 miles and $15k later , I traded it in for $1500 dollars to a reputable dealer ship . I have receipts for every claim I’ve made . Bottom line is I wish I never ever stopped at Upstate Auto Gallery !!!

What a waste of time. Got a pre approval on a truck before I drove an hour to look at it. Was told it didn’t have the hemi tick only to find out it dose Asked if the broken manifold bolts could be taken care of and was told no it’s a used vehicle. Was gonna overlook the back yard mechanic tail pipe “repair”. Also don’t leave a bad review because the owner will call and try to scare you with him and his buddies. Lmao clown

The environment at this dealership is unlike any other! You can feel the family owned vibe from the minute you walk in, everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful. We have purchased 2 vehicles from here in the last week! Definitely recommend ?

First I would like to say that the people at upstate are very nice and will work with you on getting a vehicle, However, their practices and behavior afterwards are very much to be desired, I would also like to start off with saying I was looking for a vehicle on a time crunch, as I was renting a vehicle to get through the week. I would also like to say that the dealership will post vehicles that aren't even Road ready or worthy, the first trailblazer I looked at getting initially ended up needing a new engine before it could leave the dealership. I then went with a different one, same make and model, mind you I'm on a time crunch with a rented vehicle, I did a quick look around and went with it, however upon heading home the first issue appears, rear window sprayer wasn't working. Upon getting home I found the rear line was disconnected, easy fix, few weeks later, the clamp for the power steering line blows, cheap fix. Last thing wrong with it so far, both rear upper control arms snap. I would highly recommend doing a good inspection on the one you're looking at, because clearly they do not. I would also like to say that if you leave a bad review they will harass you with calls. Do your homework kids because I wish I did. I also have all repair work documented.

My review is based of I bought my vechile 6months toyota 160, miles but it's a Toyota, on that note I don't drive that much so the engine light went on for I bought it in to the local shop , it's the tranmission they don't do that , ok they sent me to Tranmission shop they told me no u need to go to the Toyota dealer because if they touch all codes are going to pop up , I said ok so toyota dealer shop found major ideas so I contacted upstate explained that I payed 14,000 for a vechile I should have to put 20,000 in it , we went back and forth , I said it needs to be fixed or u can have it back ,radiator bottom is also sagging ready to fall off , exhaust ,muffler and steering wheel is leaking , I know when u buy used u are expected to put money in but not 20,000 not even past 6 months then get told because u say ur going to have someone look into pick it up before 5 or your going to get charge 80 a day , I know this is hard to swallow but it isn't customer service, u look at fir free said Toyota was making more out of then it was if they said it's leaking its leaking I My point is watch what you buy and have it looked at unless your rich , I bought used and thought because it was family own I was getting a fair deal I was wrong ,

Nicole was great to deal with and responded to phone calls and texts within 5 minutes of being sent. She made the buying process go very smooth and made sure that I was happy with everything on my end.
