We literally just went through an issue with moldy feed….,now when we did an order …they delivered it to someone else.., we called and a rude customer service person asked if we could go find where their diver left the feed…. Really… you want me to go farm to farm in hopes that I run across it ????? WHAT IS GOING ON WITH TSC … Co-Op here we come…

Quoted the price of a tire of the phone,.drove out to get it and it was $100 more than what I was quoted, the man who assisted was extremely rude. Don't waist your time going here.

In a world where so many young people can’t look you in the eye or Cary on a conversation I was blown away by the young man who waited on me today at the Rome TSC. Very knowledgeable , extremely helpful and very personable. Bought a three point post hole digger. Heavy, needed a fork lift. This young guy made the whole procedure an enjoyable event. Wish I knew his name. Thank you young man.

My store of choice!Clothing, hardware, pet supplies, home improvement. TSC, has everything. And best of all, the prices are lower than any retail store in Rome, NY. Pet food & supplies are less expensive at TSC, that Pet Smart or Pet Supplies Plus. And the heavy-duty rip-stop shirts sold at TSC, are my favorite. Wear'em year round. Great for hiking, mountain biking, farming, and construction jobs.the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. That's a prime reason to keep customers returning.Go ahead, compare their prices to other stores in the community. TSC, is worth a visit. Much less expensive than Runnings.

Don't ever order anything from there warehouses. I didn't have a problem with the tractor supply store it self . The people there are very nice and the store is very clean. I will be going back there for a visit next weekend.
