I left Walgreens thinking Rite Aid service would be better. I was wrong it went from bad to worse.
An update to this review. When I went to my doctor and we discussed medications I told him that I wasn't taking one of his prescribed medications because I had been waiting a week to get it from Rite Aid. He became upset and said that is unacceptable because without the medication I would end up in the hospital. He called Rite Aid and they told him "we don't know when we will get the medication." He called Walgreens same answer. He told me that when I leave his office go to Parkway Drugs they would have it ready. It's too bad we don't have a Parkway Drugs in Rome because after getting and taking the medication I felt much better. Thank you Parkway Drugs. I am also waiting for some heart medication. I wonder how long I have to wait for it. Maybe get rid of the cute stuff and stock more medicine, I don't need cute stuff. Rite Sid wants me to contact them because they are sorry. Why would I want to hear their excuses.

The store always has my all natural allergy medicine and they have cute holiday stuff and summer stuff too.

I've been going to Rite Aid stores for years. Two of the stores that I shopped at closed or were taken over by Walgreens. When the Rite Aid store that I shopped at was replaced by Walgreens, the Walgreens pharmacy did not seem to have my medications in stock, so my wife and I started going to the last remaining Rite Aid store in Rome, NY. The store is always neat and clean, and the staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I have heard that Rite Aid is planning to close more of its locations in the United States, and I dread what we will do if the Rite Aid store in Rome were to close.

Only came here once to get some vaccinations, and the process went very smooth and quick. I booked an appointment online through their website and filled in all my information online along with my insurance. It made the process seamless, the pharmacist came out, took me in, got the vaccines I needed and left. Super easy.If you need to get any kind of vaccine they offer, would highly recommend this place and definitely recommend using their website to book ahead and provide all your details and insurance to make the whole process seamless and fast.

Went in this pharmacy this morning an ask for help with one of the associates if they had a vitamins pill I was looking for an she was very rude an no help at all I will never go back there again I buy my vitamins some where else she works at the front end

The negativity and attitudes of the associates in the pharmacy have become increasingly poor. Last night at 630 pm I was told they aren't taking phone calls from a worker on the regular store prompt..pharmacy is open til 9..why no calls
