“I would like to share a great experience my wife and I encountered at your Rome, NY location. Our dog is elderly and has severe arthritis in her legs. It is always a hard and sad time for us to have her nails cut, as it causes her pain. We recently entered your store and we were greeted by team leader Jillian. Jillian was friendly, listened to our concerns and began cutting our dog's nails. Through the whole process she was understanding, patient, helpful, and displayed a strong love for animals. She couldn't have been more helpful and she seems to be an asset to the store.”
