Very good service and excellent customer service! I needed a inspection and they didn't try to upsell me anything compared to Mavis or Midas who try and get you to buy wiper blades or something to make money off a 21 dollar inspection ?

Do not go here. They are rude and nasty and can't be bothered to answer simple questions and tend to look at you like garbage when you can't pay for repairs. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Made an appointment for an inspection and when I got there they said they had no inspector. When I asked why I didn’t get a phone call I was told the gm was off and he was also the only inspector no apology or anything. District manager should be making sure the store is still being ran when the gm is out, this isn’t the first review from this week like this.

Scheduled an appointment for an inspection and they are telling me no one is there to do inspections. Talk about a complete waste of my time when i scheduled my day around something that didnt happen. Shouldnt be able to schedule an appointment if this is going to be a thing. 2nd time i have had a bad experience at this place. Do not recommend going here.

Walked in on Sunday morning and spoke with the friendly person behind the desk asking if they had time to do an oil change. They took my car in immediately and performed requested task. I would recommend.

Brought in for oil change, inspection, and brake light on. Was there for almost 7 hours, charged twice for inspection (something that can't be refunded), a sensor was broken and I had to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered, and the check engine light turned on while driving home. Will be going to different garage for diagnosis.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! They will overcharge for everything and they will identify "problems" that aren't even there. I brought my 2 year old car in for an inspection and they tried to tell me I need all new tires and wheel fasteners, I told them to just give me my car back, they proceeded to charge me $21 dollars even though they admitted to knowing my car wouldn't pass before hooking it up to the machine. I then went to a garage I trust that was just far out of my way. They passed my car with no problems and specifically said my tires are fine after I asked. THIS GARAGE IS A SCAM!!!!

On New Year’s Eve day, I remembered my vehicle inspection was expiring. I called my local, Monroe Muffler and the service manager Cody Costello made the time for the inspection to happen.I also use Monroe for oil changes. The staff is pleasant and friendly, and the work is always done well.
