If I could give this company is 0 star I would they took off $300 on a $900 partial load for not tracking how sad on their behalf, the 30% they make on loads not enough for them now a days

Went there for a washout. Easy access for a big rig with good pull through areas. They should think about a sign out on the road for easier identification so you don't have to worry about driving by it. Anthony was a little brisk but overall I like this place.

Poor customer service and not professional. They fail and then they have every possible excuse for their failure. I had a scheduled pick up for a shipment and I kept asking for it. Two days later they were still giving me excuses. Zero communication and no sense of urgency. The LTL team doesn't care about customers. I would not recommend M&L trucking to anybody.

I haven't done business with everyone is this company, but you should not do business with Heather Gaetano; she is condescending and dishonest. I read a few reviews and I realized that a company may have good policies but is people like Heather Gaetano that bring shame to the company.

I take a load from this broker . And my new trailer was damaged. Now the broker can't charge shipper for the damage,because they pull 50 loads every day from shipper. The person in claim department Rod, put excuse about was happened. Look they need the money for pay employees. (M&l wordwide logistics)
