Never will I go to Goodyear again and everyone else be careful if you do. Had an oil change done, 1 week later oil pouring from bottom of car... INCORRECT oil filter placed in my 2021 Ford Escape! Motor is shot, over $10,000 in damages!! That's not the worst part I know people make mistakes but it's been 9 days now and I have no loaner car. Now Goodyear has accepted responsibility so why don't I have a loaner car yet!! Manager at Rome says no one will call him back, gives me # for regional manager says maybe I will have better luck with her calling me back! Fat chance I called regional manager 4 times in the last 2 days leaving messages, NO call back at all. Worst customer service ever!! Tomorrow will be day 10 and no loaner car, I am at risk of losing my job now because of them.

Amazing customer service. Although I had an easy fix they were not shy to reassure me that the job can get done in a timely fashion. Great prices and great employees who genuinely care about their customers. I’m extremely happy with the service I received

Another great experience with Good Year! I work with Dennis Perez, Bruce Maurer, Josh Wocjik, Richard Parker…. Everyone over there is world class and top notch! I take my personal vehicle and my work fleet truck over there. Today was an oil change and tire rotation, unfortunately I needed to get the rear brakes done (90K mi). They had me done before 11 am and had to source the parts. It really doesn’t get any better than that!Brian SpoorRome, NY

Awesome service!! Got me in for my inspection on a walk-in, gave me a ride to and from my own house while I waited, couldn't say enough good stuff about the guys working there would highly recommend 10 of 10 great stuff guys!
