me and my husband have delt with them for a few years and we will not go any where else for a car.just got a ford escape and I love it they will never steer you wrong and they take care of your cars like they belong to them. I love taking my car there great people highly recommened

My mother-in-law Brought a 2008 Kia optima there for service they recommend a new axle brakes and tires. They put in the wrong size axles they put in the wrong speed sensor. Brought it to a real Kia dealership said all the work they did was incorrect. Brought it back they had it for three weeks and didn’t do anything. I don’t recommend this mechanic they are not honest and I took advantage of an elderly woman.

I went to get my tire plugged Bc I had run something over earlier in the day. At the very beginning I asked them to show me what was stuck in my tire. They never came back with it. The next time they came back with a bill explaining they had to patch my tire not plug it Bc the hole was too big. I said, ok, can I see what was stuck in there? He said he had to go back and find it Bc he had it but misplaced it. Then finally again, after I had paid, I asked for it again. They came back with a rediculous element that was rediculously long and there's no way it was sharp enough to puncture my tire. Mind you, I waited over an hour for them to repair the tire when I had called hours in advance and they said they could get me in. And I had to ask several times to get the object that pictures my tire...which they only gave me AFTER I had paid. When I told them this element is not what was in my tire, the guy said this is what the other guy gave him. I repeated my statement and said I saw what was in my tire. It had a silver hook...this is NOT what was in there. He seemed surprised and lost for words but only said well, this is what they gave me.. I WAS FURIOUS! Just because I am am girl, they think it's okay to take advantage of me and make me pay extra then to come out and show me a rediculous item and say thats what went in my tire... when it is something that couldn't puncture a tire like I had... is very degrading to me. Here i am calling him out, he is left speechless, but yet, i had already paid and had no way of proving otherwise.. it was just by my word versus his. I think it was Very unprofessional for a business. I will never recommend this place.

Just bought a car from them and they were the most professional and reasonably priced place in Rome. All of there cars were very clean and well taken care of. They made sure that was the right car for both me and my family. Recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Sam LaMonica for making sure i had everything i needed before driving away!
