This auto shop really saved me! My car broke down while I was traveling. It was a Sunday and I figured no auto place in town would be open but miraculously they answered the phone. A few hours later my car was in perfect shape. Amazing customer service too, everyone I talked to was so friendly and sweet! Couldn't recommend enough!

I brought my car to them for transmission work now the car was driven from Utica NY to Rome NY for the repair the transmission was replaced and the car won't start at the shop when it was driven there and he refused to give me answers on problem mind you he had the car for 9 weeks!!!Services: Transmission
