Service is top notch!! I had a damaged mirror and today you would never know anything happened. Along with that they changed my oil and serviced the truck. I came to pick it up late.....they were there waiting.....what a great team!!!!

I brought my 2016 Silverado 3500 HD Diesel in on 10/02/2024 because a check engine light came on. It showed that the 2 thermostats were stuck open. Davidson had the thermostats but thought because they had to price the gaskets separately that they did not have the gaskets. They were able to find the gaskets and their parts runner was where they could pick them up. I needed the work done that day because I was on my way to Florida for the winter, leaving on the 4th pulling my 5th wheel. Davidson gave me a loaner car while the truck was to be worked on later that day. As I left and went a short distance away from the dealer I remembered I needed my gate key to enter my campground where I was staying. I returned to the dealer and we went to my truck to get the card. The tech said that the truck will be ready in about 10 minutes. By his surprise, he said the gaskets were included with the thermostats. I returned the loaner, got my repaired Silverado, and as of 10/08/2024 I am in Virginia towing my 5th wheel home on my way to Florida. Love it when repairs work out better than expected.

Brought my 1994 corvette in for inspection and had to buy 4 new tires for it to pass. That was okay. But having the perfect wheels that were on the car with functional tire pressure sensors removed and replaced with used, damaged wheels with broken sensors from another 1994 Corvette was NOT! I immediately brought this to the attention of the service lady who had (I assume, the manager) come talk to me and tell me it couldn't have happened and only offer to have the wheels acid washed to remove the brake dust from a car that hasn't seen even 60 miles in two years was unbelievable - Suddenly had curb damage and brake dust! Never going back.
*** UPDATE ***
After meeting with the Service Manager, the dealership paid to replace my wheels. An unfortunate event made right by the dealership. I commend them for that.
