“so i went in because my gaming computer started overheating and crashing out so i took it to them for a full check out because i already knew i had to get some parts replaced. it took about 2-3 weeks for a full repairs and part deliveries (could've been shorter but i wanted to make sure everything was updated like BIOS drive ETC)i needed new thermal paste and a whole new motherboard. Tyler the one who repaired my laptop did a amazing job. i was able to run Overwatch on it again without it overheating and crashing out (would still get hot but only because Alienware laptops usually hot, but not overheating hot) which was awesome would definitely come back for any repairs or cleaning”
