This WAS a great place but it no longer exists. The man that owned it...Malcolm Cole passed away last year. He was a great man who spent most of his life serving our country and 1 of my favorite people. He had ALOT of good stories. Rip Malcolm

We walked in today December 30, 2019 thinking we were going to have to dish out at least 300 for our services and we ended up walking out with them telling us what was wrong and fixing the issue for free!!! I know many other places who would have said that we had a bunch of things wrong with our car! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Thank you so much again!

Great repair shop. Brought a couple of cars in for state inspections and was greeted with a smile and great service. Malcom, the owner is a fantastic, friendly gentleman who is easy to get along with. He's honest, hard working and has a great reputation in the Floyd area. Car repairs aren't fun, but at Coles - at least you can bring your car in for honest, quality work.

I've never had a good experience at any of the auto shops that I have ever been to until I went to Cole Auto Repair Shop. Extremely amazing, nice people who will go out of their way to help you as they did me. Unlike other shops, they are very honest and will not do unnecessary work on your vehicle. I highly recommend Cole Auto Repair Shop you will have an experience like no others.
