So today while we were cleaning up the tons of debris and damage that was done to our property at the old car wash in Rome on the corner of James in Bloomfield. Some people pulled up and handed us a pizza. And it had? Writing on the box that said it was donated by some of the Bravos Auto repair mean machine shop. Thank you by doing such a kind gesture.

I’ve gone to bravo’s many times now over the last eight years. Since my son’s birth money has always been tight, at times not even existent in all honesty. I’ve had many shops try to take advantage of me for being a woman. My father in law Mario sent me to Jim with nothing but the nicest compliments about him and his shop and their work. He couldn’t have been more right. Jim has always been one of the kindest shop owners/ mechanics I’ve ever met. His work never requires a second thought after leaving because he does it well and always addresses the problem the first time correctly. When I’ve come to him desperately needing his help he has always gone above and beyond and is as kind as could possibly be. Sadly I don’t encounter people like this frequently in life anymore and so it means everything to me. He’s who I call every time for the last three vehicles I’ve owned. Jim has my car right now actually, and as I pray it’s something small as we all do and wait for his call. I gratefully began remembering all the times he’s helped me and wanted to do something to return that kindness. Right now this review is the best I’m able to do but will definitely have to come up with something better down the road when I’m able. Thank you Bravo’s for everything sincerely! Easily deserve ten stars truly.

I was visiting from out of town over the 4th of July weekend and was just need of a water pump. Jim was already swamped on this friday morning and due to the holiday and being closed that Monday, so he said he probably couldn't do it til Wed. I figured that was the best he could do, and was trying to decide how I was going to adjust my entire weekend, realizing how inconvenient it was going to be. And less than 5 mins later, Jim called me at like 4pm and said they had rearranged some things and that my jeep would be ready by 5pm. So an hour later, I picked it up, the price was fair and the customer service was incredible. That would have never happened in Dallas. Thanks for going the extra mile and saving my weekend. I was referred to Bravo through Family and friends who have had similar experiences, and they sure delivered

My family's been using these guys for everything for many years... Very trusted. Just dropped set of heads off today and his prices still are beyond reasonable and he offered to do more work then expected. Will be continuing to use these guys for all my machine needs
