The nicest and friendliest employees, a nice clean well stock store pharmacy is the best and I used to be a CVS girl. I love Walgreens my store during Covid. I think I did all my shopping in Walgreens.

Rude. Employee was following me around the store watching me, when I casually said something to the employee about the weather because I was getting uncomfortable, I get hit with a “are you talking to me?” Yes I’m taking to you, I’m trying to buy a Covid test and a hair brush after a long shift at work and you’re making me uncomfortable by following me around the store.

Majority of these bad reviews especially about the manager seem to be from some very angry and hateful people. If more people came into the store with a good attitude and some patience they would get the same positive attitude and treatment back. You get what u give people.

Even though I don’t live in the area, I prefer to come to rocky point Walgreens because of the service! The store is always extremely clean and the service is amazing. Someone is always there willing to help you, and they are so kind.

I shop at the Rocky Point location and Diane and Karen are always very helpful and friendly. I will continue to shop at this location. It is always a pleasant experience.

The manager lady with the glasses treats her store and employees like it’s Germany in 1942. I know a certain Austrian painter who would love her, if you know what I’m saying. I hope the employees there know I send me condolences.

I actually go 10-15 mins out of my way to come to this location. The staff is always super quick, friendly & efficient. The young staff at this location are wayy better than the young staff at the other two locations that are near me. Much better experience, worth going a bit out of the way.

Stopped by this branch , my first and last time. I have never been subjected to such a rude manager. Yes it’s the lady? with the glasses. Very loudly chastising a young employee and complaining about all the work she has to do. I felt so sorry and embarrassed for this young girl and don’t know why anyone would put up with that abuse. Judging by the other reviews this was not a one time behavior by this manager.If you’re reading this review lady manager, if an employee does make a mistake or error the proper and correct way is to SPEAK to them quietly or in private. What you did was make everyone in earshot uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the employees that work in such an environment.

Just wasted three minutes of my life listening to teleprompts completely irrelevant to the purpose of my call. Just have someone answer the phone and answer the questions instead of making us sit on the phone through a bunch of stupid questions. If I didn’t know where the pharmacy was I wouldn’t be calling in the first place.

I stopped in to use the bathroom and get some supplies. I was told they don’t have a bathroom for the public. So KMA Walgreens. You lost a customer. Way to be human.
