The manager lady with the glasses treats her store and employees like it’s Germany in 1942. I know a certain Austrian painter who would love her, if you know what I’m saying. I hope the employees there know I send me condolences.

I actually go 10-15 mins out of my way to come to this location. The staff is always super quick, friendly & efficient. The young staff at this location are wayy better than the young staff at the other two locations that are near me. Much better experience, worth going a bit out of the way.

Stopped by this branch , my first and last time. I have never been subjected to such a rude manager. Yes it’s the lady? with the glasses. Very loudly chastising a young employee and complaining about all the work she has to do. I felt so sorry and embarrassed for this young girl and don’t know why anyone would put up with that abuse. Judging by the other reviews this was not a one time behavior by this manager.If you’re reading this review lady manager, if an employee does make a mistake or error the proper and correct way is to SPEAK to them quietly or in private. What you did was make everyone in earshot uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the employees that work in such an environment.

Just wasted three minutes of my life listening to teleprompts completely irrelevant to the purpose of my call. Just have someone answer the phone and answer the questions instead of making us sit on the phone through a bunch of stupid questions. If I didn’t know where the pharmacy was I wouldn’t be calling in the first place.

I stopped in to use the bathroom and get some supplies. I was told they don’t have a bathroom for the public. So KMA Walgreens. You lost a customer. Way to be human.

Time of the year for flu shots! Very friendly pharmacy staff. Make appointment on line. Some difficulty with some insurances.

Poor customer service, which could be attributed to this location specifically having a low maintenance of staff. The staff is friendly but not very helpful.

The manager is on giggle patrol, u can’t even laugh in this place. And don’t come on Thursdays they have inventory on Friday.

I would recommend everyone in the store except for the female pharmacist. She is extremely rude and likes to argue with customers. My family was having a medical emergency and I ran in asking kindly for my mother's prescription to be filled as soon as possible. There were no other people waiting in the store And the doctor had called it in an hour ago. I was still told to wait. after 10 minutes I asked if she can just give it to me because there's no one else waiting. The pharmacist began arguing with me, letting me know there is a procedure she must follow. please keep in mind I was paying cash and we also did not have insurance. I can't imagine a prescription needing an hour and 10 minutes when there is no insurance involved.

Second and last time using the pharmacy. Received a phone call from the pharmacy. The man on the other end was very obviously annoyed to be calling me “I don’t have your medication, you need to go somewhere else.” I ask simply asked “is it just out of stock? I can wait a few days.” Very rudely told me “it’s on back order I have other costumers that need it too.” Then hung up. Just a very odd interaction and clearly had no desire to even have a conversation about it. I know that meditation has been on back order but usually comes in a few days. I’m just still so taken back and confused by the entire interaction.

Always had good experiences with pharmacy until recently. Two prescriptions were actually short 1/2 pill. Odd. When I mentioned this, no response. Couple weeks ago they had my prescription delivered to someone else. They rectified it eventually, luckily that recipient realized it wasn't theirs.

why is the lady manager with glasses always complaining when a customer needs help. big attitude problem. if you're a customer and need help she will literally complain and yell about you to her employees in front of you.
