“I could not believe that i bought 5 loose change tickets and 4 of them were winners. 21 bucks all together. 1st time i won in that store. I will definitely be back soon! And yes i did buy just 3 more loose change tickets just to make sure all the tickets werent magically winners... They werent.. but besides that this store is pretty awesome.. 5 stars.”

“I thought the gentleman behind the counter very helpful. Took the time to answer my many questions quite thoroughly. I enjoy European roll your own cigerettes along with European pipe tobacco's that lean toward the exotic. In short, I like the store and again the gentleman on duty was very helpful. I mentioned a brand "Sampson" which is a hand rolling variety of tobacco from the Netherlands which I have been unable to find for a year or more. To my pleasant surprise he said he carries it but sadly is currently out of stock. He took the time to do some checking and replied that he has it on order and it will arrive at the shop Monday May 11. I was very pleased by his reply and courteous nature and he has a new regular customer....ME . High praise goes out to Jim's Smoke Shop. First rate tobacconist”

I have to just say the younger gentleman who was here the day I went was very knowledgeable of things sold here, he was very friendly and patient with me as I had many questions ? “Ignore the review from Nia Ortiz. Any pen will leak if you don't store it properly (too warm a space) or leave it upside down so the liquid can leak into the coil or gum up the mouth piece.
The fryd's here are legit. I get them regularly and they are fine.
Been a customer here since my teens and I'm in my late 30s now. This place is great. Staff is helpful and chill. Great selection of products at a fair price.
Some of these negative reviews are just from whiny customers that can't admit fault, are upset the store closes when understaffed (which is rare), or dislike the pricing.
I've never had a single complaint shopping here in over 15 years.”
