For the love of god please upgrade the drive through atm. It takes several card inserts for the machine to read my card, after it’s read the chip it has delays when touching the screen choosing an action. I deposited cash two days ago and it still says pending.

Not a great experience. Opened an account and transferred money in. My account was immediately locked with my funds, I was then denied access to my account (still can’t), and there is no update available for when/if I will be able to access my account or the funds they took from me.You’ve been warned.

This may be the worst financial institution I have ever interacted with. The manager is absolutely incompetent, they should hire an entire new staff.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer T who not only handled the laundry list of things I came in with but was able to get my interest rate down on one of my loans! She was so patient and sat with us for over an hour doing all the things we needed to do with a smile on her face. It was such a wonderful experience that it convinced my husband to switch all of his banking needs to TFCU!

was just denied a same day money transfer although i had a state issued photo ID as a realtor and a DOH state issued photo ID! very disappointed. way to respect long term customers/members! switching my accounts soon! just delayed a payment that will effect my business.

I so want to like this branch. It is close to my home. But it is so missing that personal touch. Here it is the holiday season and you would think music would be a nice thing. Nope. Like a morgue. The staff is nice enough but there is no`panache. I could be at a funeral parlor. They even have someone waiting to greet you as you walk in. Even he seems off. I walked in today to cash in some coins and although he is a few feet aware from the machine, he was unaware that it wasn't working. I am wondering if TFCU has over-expanded and this is part of the trickle down effect.

Had some difficulty with this bank but I have t say the Managers really do care. Very conscientious and really went above and beyond to make a difference.

worst bank of all time, the most inconvenient hours, and the most USELESS employees ive ever dealt with in all my days! shame, absolutely closing my account and going elsewhere and sharing my awful experiences with this sad excuse for a bank far and wide.

The MOST inconvenient bank I have ever seen, worth ever as of now business hours are on Thursday till 6 pm this is what shows online EVERYWHERE. I left my work earlier to get my 3 year old from day care to make it to the bank to find out they changed their hours till4:30 pm and they did update on their website. Their app does not show student loans amounts due they blame it on the third party app but nothing is being done. Their debit cards are not working with Apple Pay. Most atm locations follow last century process of you want to make deposit (put it in envelope, get it on account tomorrow)

TFCU needs to join the post-digital 21st century. With ID theft on the rise in frequency and complexity and the ever growing number of techniques criminals have to gain full access to your information, you would think TFCU would be updating their fraud protection and security protocols. Not only is that level of protection not in place, but the lack of intelligence and concern for customer care are astounding at this institution. Just went through a 3 day hassle of trying to resolve a fraudulent online transaction and it is STILL not resolved, i.e. the funds are still withdrawn from my account! A TFCU manager's response to me was "There is nothing we can do. . .these things just sometimes slip through."
