They really need to update their Google information saying they are TEMPORARILY CLOSED for repairs so you don’t show up to find out. They also need to update their hours of operation to match the ones they have written out on the door.

Was here on a Saturday at 11:45am, they said they are closed. The note on the main door said they are open till 12pm. This place is not worth our time. Avoid this location so that they can close it forever and they don't have to come to work at all.

Walked in was greeted by a nice lady, she took my id & insurance card & within a minute I was in the back having my blood drawn. Was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The absolute WORST!!! I went there because the lab I use in Riverhead is always so busy. I realized that was a mistake after just walking through the door. The woman at the front desk had her head in a cell phone, and never picked her head up after I said Good Morning! I proceeded to talk to the gentleman next to her, she continued to talk to him telling him about people she was looking at in her cell phone! After doing my paperwork, he told me to go in a room, where I sat for fifteen minutes. I came back out and asked what the hold up was, and he said he was finishing up the paperwork, which I know takes five minutes. After getting my blood drawn, her head was still in the phone when I came out, so I asked the gentleman to forward my report to two physicians...Of course he didn't. I left two messages after seeing my doctor without a report!! Of course, I never received to call back either!!They're absolutely horrible! I worked in the medical field my whole life, and would never treat my patients with such disrespect. That office needs to close, or the staff at the desk needs to be replaced. In any of the offices I worked in, if my girl's ever treated anyone like that, they would be out on the street in two minutes!!

The two old ladies sitting at the desk were beyond horrible. They were rude and clearly under qualified i come to find out. This was my first and last time going to the rocky point location. They were gossiping for 40 minutes while i waited in an empty office to have my blood drawn. I've been going to the holbrook sunrise lab for over 10 years and have never had an issue. After one visit to these awful women I ended up with a bill for $1000 because they somehow screwed up my insurance information. I had no intention of writing a review about my horrible experience with these Karen's until this bill arrived a month later. Maybe if they spent less time running their mouths this issue wouldn't have happened. I do not recommend this location.

Lisa has been very kind and caring. Throughout my health event, she has been one of the few who was able to extract blood from me during my weakened condition. Whenever my doctors call for blood tests I will always go to her.

I come to this location Every 3 months for testing. I have never had a bad experience. Typically I only come here on a Saturday so I can't speak on the weekday crew. Weekend staff is very professional I highly recommend this lab.

Ever time I come here the middle aged lady is always nasty and grumpy I stopped coming here for years am here today out of convenience I will see how it goes am waiting now I will give another review after am seen this time was much better then the last time she was much nicer and friendly

Horrible! They treat you like crap. The workers are rude. I understand your office is busy and maybe you are understaffed and overworked but no reason to take it out on patients. All they do is sit there and gossip or huff and puff about there jobs. Ugh

I tried to drop off a sample to be tested at 1:45 on May 1,2023.all the paperwork was done. A male technician stopped me at the door and refused to take the sample. He said they were going to lunch even though it was posted that lunch was between 12 and 1:00PM. He told me to come back later or the next day. I told him I couldn’t because I had to go to work and the sample needed to be refrigerated right away.I asked him if he could just take it and he refused. There was a person in the waiting room who heard everything and this was very embarrassing. This man was rude and completely out of line . I had to get another prescription from my doctor and a referral to another lab. I will never go back there again even though I have gone there for years. Now, a very important test has to be redone and time was wasted.
