Shut this place down please. And all of Stop and Slops. Ridiculously high prices. Over inflated for no good reason. They tell old people 60s and older that will never own a smart phone to go home and "download the app and download the digital coupons otherwise you can't get the sale. But we'll do it this time." Insanity. Never seen so much disrespect to the older community. The deli here sucks they don't know how to slice up cold cuts. Every time you get something simple like turkey they butcher it and just make it "shaved" to oblivion. Unacceptable. Most employees don't want to help you with anything. They even lock the doors by the recycling center at 8 p.m. so I had to walk all the way to the other door just to cash in my $2 in bottle returns. According to them the reason why they do it is because "to avoid theft". You know the store is horrible when people literally steal from the store with no regard. Would give 0 stars if possible. Rather go to Aldi's or Trader Joe's big time. Forget this place.

I went in to return cold cuts because of the listeria break out and the woman at customer service had an enormous attitude and disrespected me and my father by assuming the products were purchased with food stamps when they were in fact were not!

I called the bakery to see if I can order a cake for my son and the baker was extremely rude. He answered the phone with an attitude and sighed then I asked if I can get a 7 inch Elmo cake for my son, I was not aware they didn’t make the cakes themselves they get the designed and fill them in, so he let me know that in an annoyed tone, then he hangs up in my face before I can even place an order for my son’s birthday. I do not recommend this bakery and I definitely will not get anything from this bakery ever again. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or If he’s like this all the time but the attitude is extremely unprofessional and I did not deserve to get treated like that especially as a paying customer. I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s a 5 star or 1 star and I’m usually understanding because I know life can be tough sometimes but this was very uncalled for.

I was just in the Rockypoint Stop & Shop. And Daniel was our cashier. He was extremely sweet. Extremely friendly and every time I go in there I'd like to have him be my cashier. He makes it enjoyable. Thank you so much for hiring somebody like Daniel! Jennifer

The experience has been better lately with well stocked shelves and employees who have been helpful. 2 cashiers in particular are a pleasure to deal with-Lisa and Dorothy. I would choose to wait on their line 10 deep before going to an empty one with Maureen on it. She has an attitude and is quite rude.

They don’t have enough people at registers. The register girl decided to leave work without Turning off register light before I unloaded all my food on the register. Then it took a half hour waiting to get scanned out. Plus she had a bad attitude and looks like working is the end of the world. Not to mention the produce is a hit and miss mostly miss and rotting.
