Anytime we have ever dealt with this establishment we have been more than happy. We bought our wedding bands here, have had jewelry repaired, and we have always been treated fairly. They are extremely reputable and reasonably priced. They seem to be more interested in a long-term relationship with customers then making a quick dollar. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend R&S Diamond Exchange . Today I went into the shop looking for help with a very knotted up gold chain. I didn’t think there was hope for the chain and assumed I had to purchase a new one , the gentleman took it and showed me how to fix it , he took a few minutes and completely fixed my gold chain for me, he then wouldn’t let me pay for the time he took to fix it .. I totally appreciate his help and honesty with this special necklace . I will ofcourse be returning to the store in the future .

The owner is great. Always were happy. The son is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. One phone conversation and we don’t even feel comfortable going back after 15 years.

Never had issues until the 'son' spoke to me. Don't bother. Go elsewhere where you don't get treated like you are in a street fight over asking questions. Dealt with the father/owner for years. Never going back. These places are a dime a dozen.

I dealt with Richard, We ended up meeting because we were so far apart. He showed up with a phenomenal piece and everything was authentic. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish and very trustworthy !! I will be buying more pieces from him.

I had to have a ring resized, to go down over two sizes, after talking with Rich, it was agreed upon the best course of action was to remake it. They did a fantastic job, better than the original. The fine details of adding gripping balls inside the ring, to adding a safety prong on the bottom to protect the band diamonds, truly showed the craftsmanship they were offering. Then, I asked to see their bracelet collection. I saw something I loved, then looked around to compare it at other jewelers, the price and quality sent me back to R&S, to finalize the purchase. I’ll be going back for my wedding band and all to come. Thank you, Rich!

I inherited my grandmother's engagement ring and I was looking for help with a redesign. Richard was patient, obviously very knowledgable, and he gave me excellent ideas. At first, it was going to be a necklace, but then I told him that sadly I had lost the diamond from my engagement ring and he asked to see it. He was able to put my grandmother's diamond in my original engagement ring--it looks amazing--I am so very happy with the way it turned out.I will recommend R & S to anyone who needs a jeweler!

I went to R & S initially to sell old jewelry and while there I explained that I wanted a Diamond pendant necklace. Rob assisted me and suggested we custom make one to get exactly what I envisioned. He was kind, helpful and immediately went to work to find me the perfect Diamond. Not only is the necklace stunning and exactly what I wanted, the price was fair and the service was exceptional. My necklace was ready for pick up in less than 48 hours. I highly recommend R & S for any of your jewelry needs.
