Beautiful location. Wide open floor plan and a clean facility. So many ideas for an event or party. And the rates are affordable. Love the fact that you can bring in your own catering.

the day before my wedding the door to the bridal suite was kicked in and would not stay shut. the AC in the suite is probably older than I am and barley kept the room cool. the ovens were covered in junk and smoked heavily when the caterer tried to use it and they couldn't be use higher than the low setting so it took forever for my guests to be served. the party the night before left gunk all over the floor and there were cigarette butts and garbage all over the grounds. I asked for a call back to discuss the issues and I was ignored. I would not recommend them to host your event as they do not care for their property or the renters.

There are 3 public parking spaces at Hallock Landing. One of your members put an illegal no parking sign in front if these public parking spaces. please remove it. Brookhaven town residents have legal access to this beach, it is not private.

I was very nervous based on some of the reviews... however... for me every phone call and email was returned quickly ... she was on time for our meeting to view beachhouse... she was very clear on discussing security deposit, payment and expectations as us renting the beach house. The contract was very clean cut and easy to understand the rule's and we are very exciting about booking our event. The place is very quaint and needs very little additional decor . Guess that's why you shouldn't believe all you read but see for yourself.
