“My phone was stolen in the 7-11 near North Coleman Road this afternoon. As soon as I realized I went to this Verizon location. MUJ greeted me and provided the most phenomenal service and attention to help me through this extremely distressing situation. It was a difficult financial hit, but the service, support, patience, and guidance I received from this gentleman was exceptional! That is very rare these days. Thank you MUJ for your time and for helping me get reconnected so quickly!”
“EXCELLENT!!! Charlie, I believe is the gentleman's name who helped me. AMAZING!! he was so helpful/ Honest, and polite. A real human being. Excellent to work with. He made the whole process super easy. I would recommend going here to speak to him about anything. He helped me with my apple product, as well as a new apple purchase. Even if he is an "android guy" :) He is great. Great location and great personal service! I do have do say one minor bad thing that has NOTHING to do with Charlie and the people in the store or their service. When you try to call the store directly via their 821-5800 phone number, it automatically kicks you over to a call center somewhere else in the world. These people are no help. It is difficult to call the store directly. That's not Charlies fault or the people who work there!HIGHLY RECOMEND GOING THERE!!!!!”
