The entire store staff is great, with people holding the doors for you as you walk in, which is very welcoming.”

They helped my with an upgrade and a new phone line, explained the prices very well and did all my data transfers from old phones to new phones! He made the whole process super easy. I would recommend going here to speak to him about anything. He helped me with my apple product, as well as a new apple purchase. Even if he is an "android guy" :) He is great. Great location and great personal service! I do have do say one minor bad thing that has NOTHING to do with Charlie and the people in the store or their service. When you try to call the store directly via their 821-5800 phone number, it automatically kicks you over to a call center somewhere else in the world. These people are no help. It is difficult to call the store directly. That's not Charlies fault or the people who work there!HIGHLY RECOMEND GOING THERE!!!!!”
